The Chipmunk On The Hunt Awards

The Chipmunk On The Hunt Awards recognize the top hotels, resorts, and culinary experiences from around the world each year. We select the winners annually and announce them within six months of the year’s end — for example, we will publish the awards for 2024 by June 2025. These prestigious Chipmunk On The Hunt Awards honor excellence in the hospitality and culinary industries.

We determine selections using a structured rating system that truly reflects the quality of each experience — far beyond standard star ratings or surface impressions. We evaluate each stay or meal across a defined set of variables. Every score receives a weight based on its importance. Finally, we calculate the final score as a weighted average, ensuring fairness, consistency, and thoughtful judgment.

We grant the following award levels:
